Class Details: This is an All-Levels Yoga class, and definitely beginner friendly! You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grounded for your day. The practice will include a variety of seated and standing poses, with relaxation and a short meditation to close. Please wear comfortable exercise clothes (we’ll practice without shoes and socks), and bring a yoga mat. Since we will be practicing outdoors on the grass, you may also want to bring a blanket or an additional mat for underneath your main yoga mat. If you need the assistance of a chair for your practice, please let us know ahead of time and we will provide one for you.

About Courtney: I teach in a traditional style of Yoga. Meaning: I offer complete and balanced practices to help connect you to your body and mind. We spend time paying attention to our breath throughout the practice, and we move in a slow, mindful fashion. I believe that the purpose of any yoga practice is to open our energy channels so that our prana (energy) can move freely throughout our bodies. Once these energy channels are open, we feel more connected, alive, centered, and present in our bodies and in the world. This style of practice is accessible to anyone regardless of perceived limitations in the body and mind. -Courtney Sabbagh- courtney@transparentheartyoga.com www.transparentheartyoga.com
